    Are we suppose to do the 3 highlighted exercises or all of them?

    • Great question Connie. What you want to do is the following:
      1. Monday do Workout 1/Week 1. Complete the light blue color exercises for the amount of sets and reps. For example, do squat swing burpee, then mountain climbers, front-side-neutral press, knees to triceps, then repeat if doing more than one set. Next, do the dark colored exercises for the noted amt of sets & reps, then go to the light color exercises.
      2. Tuesday do cardio.
      3. Wednesday do Workout 2, Week 1. Follow the same structure as above.
      4. Thursday do cardio.
      5. Friday do Workout 3/Week 1. Same as above for the number of sets and reps.
      6. Saturday do cardio.
      7. Sunday is rest day. Maybe a leisure walk.
